I didn’t start with a shop or a team or a plan. I started with a Cadillac CTS and a few towels.
Back then I was working part-time at a home-building company, detailing cars on the side because I loved it — the focus of it, the before-and-after, the feeling of handing someone back something that looked better than the day they bought it.
There were no systems. No vans. No commercial contracts. Just a standard I wasn’t willing to lower, and a belief that if I treated every car like it was my own, the rest would follow.It did. One detail turned into a repeat client. Repeat clients turned into referrals. Referrals turned into a reputation. That CTS turned into a multi-van operation serving the whole Houston area, with commercial fleet contracts and a client base that trusts us with vehicles most people only dream about.
I came from the ground floor — and I never forgot what it took to get off it. That’s the standard every member of my team is held to now. We don’t just clean cars. We earn the trust that comes with them.
